3. Nature of Platform Services

Rumao Provencia is a technology and software development provider. The Platform delivers computational tools, algorithmic indicators, automated trade routing logic, and data analysis systems designed to interact with compatible digital asset venues.

4. Account Registration and Security

When creating an account with Rumao Provencia, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials, API secret keys, two-factor authentication devices, and account activity.

You agree to immediately notify Rumao Provencia upon detecting any unauthorised use or security breach related to your account. Rumao Provencia shall not be liable for any loss, liability, or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login or API credentials.

5. Algorithmic Trade Execution and User Responsibility

The Platform provides users with the ability to define parameter settings and automate connections to independent exchanges. You acknowledge and accept that:

1. All automated trading configurations, risk limits, stop-loss orders, and capital allocation settings remain solely under your discretion and control.
2. Digital asset markets are exposed to extreme volatility, order book slippage, network congestion, and unexpected exchange-level downtime.
3. Rumao Provencia does not guarantee trade execution speeds, order matching priority, or positive financial returns under any circumstances.
4. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and viability of any third-party exchange connection keys and trade parameter thresholds.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including proprietary algorithms, user interface designs, logos, software source code, documentation, and technical marks, are owned by or licensed to Rumao Provencia. Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited licence to access and use the Platform for your internal trading workflow.

You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, scrape, redistribute, or lease any portion of the Platform software or data feeds without our explicit prior written consent.

7. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments

Certain features, advanced computation modules, and high-frequency analytical endpoints may require payment of recurring subscription fees or software licences. All applicable fees, billing intervals, and payment methods are disclosed prior to purchase. Unless required by applicable consumer law, all paid fees are non-refundable once computational access has been provisioned.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rumao Provencia, its directors, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages, including without limitation trading losses, capital liquidation, opportunity cost, loss of data, system errors, or latency delays resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
